Pe termen mediu cel mai important efect economic ar fi revitalizarea pietei de constructii-arhitectura , dat fiind necesitatea proiectarii si construirii a cca. 100 de case+ amenajari exterioare (1000 mp/casa) cu o valoare estimativa de min. 50milioane Euro. Impreuna cu alte investitii in zonele invecinate B(turism) si C(zona de locuit) totalul investitiilor poate ajunge la peste 100 de mil. Euro , valoare care ar putea relansa si sectorul constructiilor percum si absorbi forta de munca disponibilizata in zona din industria miniera.
On a medium term the most important economic effect will be rehabilitation of arhitecture-construction market because of the building of 100 houses with a value of 50 milions euro. Together with the investitions in close areasB(tourism) and C(living area) the investments will raise at 100 millions dollars. This investment will rehabilitate construction and employment sector.

SoftVilage activities will be oriented to
Ecological activities (new technology oriented ) in the park , including utilities with eco technologies included.
Activitatile din SoftVillage vor fi obligatoriu activitati ecologice(orientate spre noua tehnologie) in cadrul parcului, incluzand utilitati eco tehnologice.
The location selected for SoftVillage is at 5 km of polluted site of Romplumb. Romplumb is under the reenginering process, the downsizing of activity in next year must be compensated with new working places in area for at leas 500 people.
Inserarea unei “insule ecologice” in arealul poluat al zonei Romplumb este inceputul necesar reabilitarii unui areal metropolitan ce acopera pe linga Baia Mare si localitatile Tauti-Nistru_Baita , Baia Sprie, Dumbravita, samd. Un model de tipul “Eco-SoftVillage” poate influenta dezvoltarea ulterioara a intregii zone metropolitane . | ![]() |

Locatia selectata pentru amplasarea SoftVillage este la cca. 5 km de zona industriala Romplumb . Intreprinderea Romplumb este un curs de retehnologizare , reducerea personalului prin modernizarea proceselor trebuie sa fie compensata prin creerea de noi locuri de munca in zona pentru min. 500 de persoane.
