a.     Existing Studies and summary of conclusions:

Studiile existente si rezumatul concluziilor:

Documentation for prefezability study is elaborating now ( 15 martie 2003).

In the PUZ and geo, topo study , and in PUD are presented all urbanistic and architectural solutions for SoftVillage ( 20 ha) and for all the area (100ha) around the technological park ( turistic zone , residential zone for young specialist ).

 

Se elaboreaza documentatia pentru studiul de prefezabilitate(15 martie 2003)

In PUZ ,studiile geo si topo si in PUD sunt prezentate toate solutiile urbanistice si arhitecturale pentru Soft Village(20 ha) si pentru toata zona (100ha) din jurul parcului tehnologic(zona tursitica + zona rezidentiala pentru casele tinerilor specialisti)

SoftVillage  project final result are:

Rezultatele finale Soft Village:

 

Technological and resesrch park , 20  ha ,  prepared to host high tech activities in a special natural and creative area , designed and build to stimulate creativity and multimedia (GIS, CAD, CAM, CAE) processes.

Parc tehnologic si de cercetare pe 20ha, pregatit sa gazduiasca activitati high tech intr-o zona naturala si creativa, construit pentru a stimula creativitatea multimedia(GIS, CAD, CAM, CAE)

 

R&D network in itc and multimedia technologies, build around:

Retea R&D  in tehnologiile ITC si multimedia construite imprejur

q       6 on-site design- house , build for each county ( design companies) from  all north west region;

q       6 on-site design-house (case de proiectare )  construite  pentru fiecare judet din regiunea de Nord Vest

q       6 small offices for regional marketing located in each capital of counties(judete) , connected in a Virtual Private Network with SoftVillage intranet

q       6 birouri mici pentru marketing situate in fiecare municipiu-capitala de judet, conectate intr-un sistem de comunicatii de tip VPN= retea privata virtuala la sistemul intranet al SoftVillage.

 

q       Access roads to major traditional touristic places Maramures and Satu Mare : Baia Mare – Firiza-Izvoare-Sapinta  and to Satu-Mare-Negresti-Luna Ses .

q       Drumuri cu acces turistic catre toate zonele turistice din Maramures si Satu Mare, Baia Mare-Firiza-Izvoare-Sapinta, Negresti-Oas-Luna Ses.

 

For this type of it multimedia, GIS  application is necessary to prepare very special places , in natural environment and eco oriented technological parks, with high recreative capacities .

Pentru acest fel de multimedia,GIS trebuie sa pregateasca locuri speciale, in mediu natural si parcurile tehnologice ecologic orientate cu mari capacitati de creativitate .

 

Around this basic architectural structures in necessary to have high quality infrastructure 

Pe langa aceasta structura arhitecturala este nevoie de o infrastructura de calitate superioara:

-          classical utilities (water, gaze, electricity, telecommunication) and

-          facilities (parking, access) and

-          dedicated location for administration-office

-          utilitati clasice(apa,gaz,electricitate,telecomunicatie)si

-          facilitati(parcare,acces)si

-          locatie pentru biroul administrativ.

 

To process all this phases in the sustainable ways is necessary to follow all the workbreakdown structures activities to fulfill the objectives.

Pentru a urma aceste faze si a indeplini obiectivele trebuie respectate toate activitatile mentionate .

 

Target Group is represented by:

Grupul tinta:

-          Romanian and foreign  SME with Multimedia and TIC (GIS, CAD, CAM, CAE)) activities : radio-tv-movie-web designers- CD factory  , UrbanGIS, CAD , CAM, CAE  (long term target)

-          Young  people (18-35) with abilities in ICT     (medium term)

-          Human resources which  activate in industrial zone Baia Mare  , in reconversion course  (short term) with skills in design and processing primary data .

-          SME romanesti si straine cu activitati Multimedia si TIC: designeri radio-tv-movie-web-fabrici de CD, UrbanGIS, CAD, CAM, CAE(tinte pe termen lung)

-          Tineri(18-35 ani) cu abilitati ITC

-          Resurse umane cu activitati in sectorul industrial din zona Baia Mare cu abtitudini in design  si procesare in urma procesului de reconversie.

-          100 lots for investors (locations) concentrated in 10 ha

-          min. 1.000 new jobs
